Hi I had the same problem with my Juwel Vision 180 (planted) and Tetratec EX700. It took a bit of experimenting with positioning the spraybar,direction of the jets and adjusting the flow rate. I finally ended up with full flow rate,full length bar a long the back of the tank (pointing left) with...

There were only four dots of silicon most of which came away with some gentle persuasion (and a bread knife) The remainder I removed with a window scraper which has a sharp stanley knife blade at the end. Watch your fingers :unsure:
