I agree it seems like your experiences with them are the same as what mine were- they didn't deliver the tank until literally the last moment (another day and i would have gotten the bank to refund my money, which you can do if you paid by credit card). You have my total sympathy- of all the companies i ever expected to get screwed around by i didn't expect it to be a fish tank company ...

Hi , thanks a lot for gettin bk to me , im glad you got ur tank in the end , it will b 20 wks for me this commin wk end and i actually went to the shop on sat to complain and was promised a call bk today , and guess wot it never came , this place promises so much till they get ur money and dont seem interested after that and ive noticed a lot of complaints on forums all saying the same , thanks tc

Hiya, sorry for the late reply i haven't been on the forum for almost a fortnight.
Yeah Aquariums LTD turned out to be terrible in the customer communication department for me too, but i did get the tank in the end and it is really great. Took 22/23 weeks to get the tank in the end though, a real pain in the bum.
