<p>I work in Reigate, Surrey as a software developer (C#) for a firm of consulting actuaries. Been there for over 25 years, but only been in this job since 2005. Prior to that, mainly developed applications in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). I also live in the same town, and have a daughter who was born in 2000.<br><br>
I have been keeping fish on and off since I was a young boy of 11, and have kept tropical freshwater, pond and marines, but my main interest has always been tropical catfish, especially the driftwood cats.<br><br>
I worked at a large LFS at weekends for over 10 years, starting whilst I was at secondary school, and one of those years was spent as full-time assistant manager. I found I didn't enjoy working in my hobby, and lost interest in my tanks at home so went back to part-time after a year.</p>
