Does everybody look at the first website they come across and believe what it says... several cichlid websites say that you can have a pair of severums i a 55 gallon tank and they specialize in that breed of fish. I know someone that had an oscar fish with tetras, catfish and many other fish...

hmmmm im not sure then my fish looks like a mad barb but hes only about 5 inches and they had it in the petshop for 6months any ideas how fast they grow

Ok thankyou for the advice I just remember one in my brother in laws tank with small fish and he never used to eat them perhaps he was just lucky does it work if they are brought up with small fish or will they still eat them.
