The tank has been running for 3 weeks now ... I use tap safe ... And I have a filter and a pump so do I need to add ammonia ? Thanks

Done a test last night at the results are : Nitrate : 0 Nitrite : 0 PH : Around 7 KH : I think it was around 80 or something like that .... GH : Was like 100 from what i can remember ... (If the kh and gh is too high how do i lower it ?) Is that ok ? Many Thanks Joza2210
