I am in the process of cycling my new tank...Cleair BSB1200....nice tank but not at all impressed by the customer service of the shop where I bought it. With my old tank I could reach all parts of it by hand to clean etc However my new tank is around 2 1/2 feet deep......what do you recommend...

I used JBL Sansibar substrate. They suggest tank length in cm times tank width in cm gives you X Divide X by 140. The answer will give you KGs needed to give a 2" depth of substrate.
