Hey all ... When I got my 1st 63g tank I had the same problem ... It was easily solved with the same advice u are getting ... Check and make sure you have the correct Lph ... It needs to be a min of 5x the tanks volume and 10x the tank volume is preferred ... :good: My 63g is running 450gph...

Looking at the finished job all I saw were my mistakes ... lmfao! ... but I am still proud as hell ... The main problem was wen the front panel cracked ... I tried making those hidden supports that act like sliders ... but I obviously did something wrong ... filled the tank half way and left...

Hey all ... I have a Labeotropheus Trewavasae (similar to the zebra) and he\she does the spasm thing as well ... but I highly doubt it's for mating due to the fact its the only fish of it's kind in the tank ... This has had me curious for a while so I will be watching this thread closely...
