Yeah one of the blocks in the fish shop said that but for some raison he survived. Would that explane why it is so fast at getring round the tank? I might need to take him out for a bit then because i have had to increase the temp. up to 28C because i have got White Spot and it won't go away. :/

What other Fish have u got. I have got 3 Black Ghost Knife Fish 1 Red-finned Shark 1 Plec. in one tank and in the other i have 3 Female Guppys 5 Baby Guppys 4 Thread-fin Rainbow fish 1 Platy 2 Shrimps 1 Plec 1 Hong-Kong plec 1 Female Killie :alien:

When live bearers get pregnant they get a black spot at the base and back of the stomach

If it is quite colourfull then it's a male and the dull then it's probalble a femal. How old is the Colourfull guppy?

My guppys mhave had Whitespot for agese :( i have treated them 10 times but they still have it. Does anyone have any experence with whitespot that can help me out

If you are going to transport them get WHITE SPOT TREATMENT. Guppies get streeses very easyly and get a parrisite that can kill them.

If a platy is pregnant it should have a blak spot at the base of the belly by the anal fin, this is called a grave spot. They stay pregnat for about a month. they give birth to live young so when they hatch they might get eaten. I would recomend a breeding trap. I hope this helps you.

My friend has found a white furry ball the size of a pea. I think it's an egg case but it might be a fungus. If any one could help me out A.S.A.P it would be much aprieseated.
