For the past month every other day i have been finding eggs in my tank, i have been rescuing as many as i could but none of them are hatching, how often do most fish lay eggs? and why are the ones i have rescued not hatching? any ideas would be great thanks.

Yes they are peaceful and beautiful, i can watch them for hours.

All the eggs are stuck to the glass, but i'm not sure what to do next, should i leave them where they are or should i move them into my old tank , i have watched the other fish and so far they all seem to be ignoring them, thank you for all the advice so far, i really appreciate the help.

Thanks for the suggestion, there are no snails in the tank, i have only had this tank up and running for 2 weeks and i have artificial plants in, so i can't see how any snails could have got into it.

I am quite new to keeping tropical fish, i have had my tank for 14 months, i started of with a large starter tank, not quite sure of the exact size, but that was quite successful, so 2 months ago i felt confident enough to upgrade to the next size up from that, in the tank i have 5 pearl...
