I keep trying to get them to show up on the camara and I'll keep trying till I do. They seem to be doing good. I started off with 32 and I've got around 20 or so still there. They've started darting around real fast when I walk near the tank.

I've got them in a 10 gal tank alone. The mom started flirting with the dad so I became a fraid that she would eat them. They are being feed frozen baby brine shrimp.

I just counted the babies and I've got atleast 20 still there, maybe more. They kept moving on me and hiding behind the heater and sponge filter. So, they're now free swimming! I can't wait till they start to get some coloring to them. I can barly see they're little mouths moving, it's so cute.

Well, I think I'll have some time to get another pair of fish before I get the N. brichardis. She's got to get the parents to spawn first. So I think I'll have at least 2 months. So, I'll look into the fish you recomended and see which ones I want, if any. I may just decide to do only the N...

You guys are all going to think I'm crazy, but my plans have changed again! I've found a woman who want's my baby A. Cacatuoides and will give me some baby N. brichardi (which Joe loves and has wanted some). Thankfully, nothing has been done to the tank except brining it into the house and...

I also have some Cockatoo fry, mine still have the egg sack. I moved mine into a tank all their own. And when cleaning I've kept the sucking part of the drain hose thingy (not sure of the real name for this, sorry) at the top of the water and I put it in a net that's meant for catching fry...

Thank you for the link, it was a bit much reading, lol. I'm going to have Joe read it, to see how he cycle's tanks, he's done this many many times, with lots of different tanks.

So is 32 fry a good number for the second spawn? This is her first to make it past eggs. And there may be more in the tank, I'm looking every few hours.

Well, I've got babies now and I started a post about them. How many do your's usally have hatch? Thanks for the info, I'll be sure to look into.

My Cocktoo babies are here!!!!! I'm sooooo excited. I went to pull the eggs out and put them in a 10 gal I had set up just for them and found babies. I got all that I could into the 10 gal and medicated them with the Metheleyne Blue (sp?). They are in a bare bottom tank so that I can see...

Well, it looks like the tank will be put in the house today. Water will probably be added in a few more days, then I gotta start the cycle. Is there any kind of cheap fish I can put in the tank to help with the cycle? I've got a lot of baby guppies I could use or even some feeder gold fish...

Will it hurt to leave the white eggs? They are super close to the pink ones.

I know nothing that will help, but I'm hoping for a full recovery for your fish.
