i think uv hit the nail on the head lol :lol: :fun: :lol: + those plecs didnt help, wev got 1 plec in our downstairs tank and he messes the tank up all the tme! lol :D there gr8 fish tho! hope it all clears out 4 u lol and u get a crystal clear tank! let us know if it goes clear...

its 4o litres, (dont know wat it is in gallons) i was gonna keep 6 glowlight tetras, 3 cherry barbs, 2 panda corydoras.

sounds like uv overstocked :X and because uv got 2 many fish there producing to much waste! how many fish have u exacty got in that tank with the cloudy water? uv got 3 plecs as well! there very messy fish, mayb the cause of ur problem! :o

thats very odd?!?!?! ................ mm ill get back 2 u after a bit of googling! :D from wat iv been reading on google.. its either bacterial bloom.. were theres to much bacteria in ur tank, the bacteria is not balanced with the amount of watse (POO) in ur tank.. how many fish do u have.. it...

well really u shud put the plants and decor when u set it up, then leave it running for a couple of weeks doing the fishless cycle, nad testing it... as 4 putting substrate from a mature tank, it would be a great help for ur nitrate and nirite levels as the mature gravel/sand w/e it is contains...

im going to get a aqua 40 litre tank, and well it doesnt cum with a heater :/ i asked the assistent y he had tropical fish in the tank without the heater (it contained tetras and barbs) and he said "coz the rooms heated we dont need heaters" he said i dont need 1 either 2 keep tropicals?? i...
