In the u.s. yea. There are like different things going on with the guppies. Hopefully the meds work.

did you treat them with all the meds at the same time?

Really? I feed my fish from a fork and throw out the water I used to thaw it out. And I end up throwing most of the bloodworms because I don't want to ovre feed them. And I didn't know if it was harmful to freeze them again or put them in the frig. How can I solve an internal parasite issue...

Im not sure if its ich either. Im stll figuring out if it was either Internal parasites, flukes, velvet, constipation, or ich Is it because of the frozen bloodworms im feeding them? Everything SEEMED fine before I fed them frozen bloodworms. Idk I might be wrong. :/

If it is ich, would I need a qurantine tank to treat the infected guppies, or just treat them in the main tank?

I had 5 guppies, 1 died because of dropsy. So the others seem fine. But then I notice one male was pooping out a white string ! Both of my female are rubbing against rocks and artficial plants ! And one female guppy is darting all over the place. I see no rotting fins, no white dots, no fuzzy...

Whoa, late response but your fish has dropsy. I had a fish whose scales looked exactly liked that. And looked bloated. And died 4 days later. ):
