As you can see from my sig i have 2 blue n 2 yellow gouramis all females are they better kept like this or would i be better adding a male? Would rather keep it as it is but if it's better for agression etc to add a male i will

I would keep it as is if I were you. Sometimes the males can be aggressive to the females.
