There is some green algae near my school in this like wierd mud patch. Could it be taken and then put into my tank? IT's outdoor so It may not live in my tank and it may harm my tank, but if it's cool for my tank my fish would like the snack if I can get it growing.

Don't risk it... it could contamitate your tank with blue green - that you cant get rid of easilly.

If you want to 'grow' algae, put a bucket in the garden and put a few rocks in it (having been cleaned and checked that they can go in the tank)

algae will only take a few days to form and if you rotate the rocks (swap tham in and out of the tank) you'll have pleanty of algae for any fish that need it.

would algae from my garden fountain pebbles be alrite,
if i do the viniger test???/

viniger test is only so see if the rock will harden your water..?
Ca in the gravel/rock will make foam when viniger or any other acid is poured over it.
