What types of fish benefit from them and how are they fed?

They will be eaten by most tropical fish, this is because they are fairly small and can fit into small mouths.
I also feed baby white worm to my rainbowfish fry, they are around 0.5-2cm. The fish go crazy for them

Grindal worm, are far better smaller and easier to culture than white worms

the grindal worm has a high lipid content which makes them unsuited for an adult fish. They are fantastic for fry/young fish. The white worm is much more suited to an adult fish.
i agree with the fact they are easier to culture.
However i have still managed to grow around 30,000 white worms in a couple of months just from one box
