White Fluff From Co2?

hi iv got some sort of white fluff coming out ov the co2 pipe in my tank cinda like cobwebs..

its slimy to the tuch and its holding the co2 back up the pipe..

can any one shed any light on this please??

its the nutrafin co2 system

Could it be some of the mixture? Are you using a DIY mix.
