What Type Of Plants?

Hi,
I do not have pics yet; But i have some kind of plants that is like dark green very thin like exess algae and if you remove them from the water its like a bunch of hair. I would like to know what's that plant and how can i cultivate for a nice view also its requirement(light co2 fertilizer) ?
