Swim bladder injury

hi all, my molly seems to have something wrong with his swim bladder. He is in quarantine as he is a new arrival. He is rotating around and has no control of where he goes. Any ideas on how to help?

I need to ask a few question:
Is he a normal molly or a balloon molly? Balloon fish tend to have problems because of the deformity that causes the balloon shape.
Is your water soft or hard? Mollies need hard water and can suffer problems in soft water, or even middling water.

Not sure of water but I’ve been keeping mollies for a while. First one to have a problem.
