Swapping Sand for Gravel

I am going to exchange my sand for gravel, my plan is to take 2 inch of gravel out my tank and replace it with sand, so i will have about 1 inch gravel and 2 inch sand. I have a planted 3 ft juwel tank which is fully stocked. I want to do this with the plants and fish still in the tank. Will there be any problems.

fish i have are
10 tetra
5 sword tales
2 gouramies
3 otto's
2 plecs
4 harlequins
1 black ghost knife fish
and quite alot of plants

running a fluvel 4 and an eheim 2213 so the tank is very well filtered

Any tips for me, thanks
