just wondering What tank size Iā€™d need for the following:
1 male betta
3 Khuli Loach
2 Bristle nose pleco
6 harlequin rasboras
6 neon tetras

Welcome to TFF.

The first issue is that Bettas are not community fish, males especially. So a male Betta should be in his own tank, and most here will suggest a 5 gallon (18 liter) minimum for a Betta. No other fish.

Turning to the remaining fish listed, I would consider a 20 gallon long (75 liter), "long" meaning one that is 30 inches (75 cm) in length. The "standard" 20g is only 24 inches (60 cm) in length, and the extra length is very important. But with the long tank, you could go to a 29g which has the same footprint (length and width), just the added height, and that can make a lot of difference.

With one of these, you want a sand substrate (kuhli loaches like to bury themselves in sand). I would increase the kuhli to five minimum. I would only get one bristlenose pleco; males are territorial and two in this small a tank might not do very well. They also need chunks of wood, something that will please the other fish here too, but BN must have real wood to graze.

If you do go with a 29g, the neon tetra would be better with a few more.

Byron.
