Stocking ideas 3.5 gal

wondering if anyone had any good stocking ideas for my 3.5 gal. Had a betta previously for a few years. Just redone the tank again and still have cherry shrimp and 2 nerite snails. I’m thinking something along the lines of another betta or 6 neon tetras?

I'm afraid 3.5 gallons is far too small for fish like neon tetras which need a swimming length of at least 24 inches (60 cm). A betta is the fish most suited to a tank this size.

Would just stick to one betta, as suggested above. tank is to small for anything else.
