Stocking help

I have had a few fish tanks. However, i have just bought a 200 litre tank (currently being cycled). Previsouly i have only had small fish, but want something bigger with a good personality.

My tank is an odd shape (nearly a cube) 71cm x 65cm x 51cm.

I like flowerhorns and tiger oscars as they have great personalities, but would my tank be too small for one of these?

Instead i would like a school of tiger barbs but what bigger fish could i have with these?

Gouramis possibly but it depends on what the general hardness (GH) and pH of the water is?
