Slowing Down Filter Output

My filter in my 10 gallon that contains my sorrority seems to create too much of a current for my girls, they get blown away. What can i do so that they are more comfortable?

I use a cut up soda bottle to break the current in all my betta tanks that have filters. There's a good article somewhere on how to do it...I'll go look for it.
