Silver dollars no longer eat

i just treated my tank for ich yesterday was the last treatment day, I took the charcoal out of the filter did water changes before I added the anti ich stuff but about 2 days in the fish stopped eating, the fish now just school at the back of the tank and show very little interest to food.

When fish react like this to a treatment/medication, it is wise to do a major water change (75%) to remove the substance. It is possible the product (assuming you added something) was overdosed, or contains a substance the fish are more sensitive to.

What treatment are you using?
