Hi, I have a Silver Dollar who's been breathing rapidly and he seems to be parallel in the tank with head faces tofarde bottom and tail towards top of tank. Visually I see nothing else wrong. Other fish seem fine, there is a good amount of air bubbles in the tank. 150 gallons 2 silver dollars, two ID sharks. 1 Plecko and that's it. Not sure if it's old age or if there's abything I can do. Any help is appreciated

I noticed some spots on his body

This is a the silver dollars erratic behavior.

I'm sure many people have had this issue before, is there anything that can be done?

How is your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate? How long have you had the tank?

I've had this 150 gal tank running for 16 years
Tests show the numbers up but not at an alarming rate
All other fish are fine

I'm not an expert on this type of fish, but it almost looks like a swim bladder problem. I'm not sure how to fix that though...
