I don't know anything about photos 1 and 3, I'm assuming those are some kind of cichlid and some tiger barbs.
Angelfish, however. have little to NO difference physically when it comes to male and females. I read that one can sometime have a less "sloped" head but otherwise it's hard to tell. When angelfish are young, meaning not sexually mature and unable to mate, they are impossible to sex. Once your angels get older, and if there are female and male ones, they will eventually pair off and if you are lucky you can observe them laying eggs and then see which one is the female.

From what I've read I would guess at male for picture 1 and female for number 4 based on fin shape. If it's a young fish though I could be wrong! I don't know anything about angels sorry
