Anyone know a good place to get some nice stacking rocks online?

Most nurseries/ garden centres or hardwares sell backs or river rocks. These are usually smooth flat granite and can be used in aquariums. But make sure they have not been exposed to anything at the shop and try to buy them sealed up in plastic bags so there is less chance of something contaminating them. Rinse the rocks well before using them.
