just on the point of filters i have a

fluval 203 external filter

now its perfect clears water super fast
only thing is it has 2 filter chambers bottom like a white plastice stuff
(looks like white hula hoops)
2nd is a fairly large bag grey like nylon that has something init aqua carbon ?
3rd is sponge now

i need to clean it soon and also buy all the filter stuff for it as i didnt get any apart fro m1 extra carbon filta

where do i get these bit from wot are they .....and wot is floss can i use it in mine ??
