Red Algae Plant?

I have a 15 Gallon saltwater bio-cube tank and a couple of weeks ago, a red coral/algae plant started growing in it.  I spoke to a local fish store and they told me not to worry about it.  Wondering if anyone in the forum has seen this type before (see attached picture).

From my limited knowledge it looks like a rose petal macroalgae. I have a friend growing some in his refugium as he had a similar random start up, thought it was pretty but his fish kept eating it.
