A couple of weeks after buying my first live plants I spotted a strange dot on the glass. On closer inspection it was a seriously tiny snail.
I thought it was pretty cool and just left it.
Spotted it again after a few days of it disappearing but today when my mate came round he spotted four of them near a plec's sinking wafer. I then spotted a fifth
I remember reading something about random creatures making it into tanks at home but can't remember what it said about the various snails (need to find the thread again).
Is it anything to worry about?
Should I do something about it?

PS, my Gourami was found dead one morning, just lying on the bottom of the tank. There were no signs of illness the night before and no obvious signs on the poor dead body. Could it somehow be snail related?
