I can't get picture for this currently... I don't know where my camera's memory card is...

But anyway, before we get to what is going on here, last week one of my 2 Rams died. I replaced it 2 days later, and the replacement died very quickly, after turning completely white. Now my living Ram is hiding in the corner of the tank, breathing very fast, with a huge red lump on its head! Water stats...

Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 20?
PH - 7.1
Temp - 80
Tank size - 20 gal

Does the red lump look hard of soft like filled with fluid.
Any strands coming out of the red lump.
Any pitting on the head region or lateral line.
is the red lump ulcerating the skin away.

The fish was dead this morning. :( And sorry, couldn't get any picture. But yes the head looked like it had fluid in it, and looked like it was probably soft (but I wouldn't touch it). No strands, or pitting. But from those 2 links, the second one looks like it can possibly be it.

Bless Him. R.I.P.
I would so some water changes on your main tank for a few days.
Good Luck.

Did a 2 gallon water change today. I don't want to throw off the balance of the ammonia, PH, nitrate, nitrite... when would be the next time to do another change?

Its to dilute the bacteria down in the tank to stop the other fish getting infected.
I would do another water change tomorrow.
Good Luck.
