Betta are naturally territorial and "raising" them with other fish fry will not train them to be suitable community tankmates. Betta males, especially, will need to be seperated from each other and any other flashy/bright colored fish and fish of similar size as they will be seen as competition. There is always an exception where you will have a betta be very tolerant of other tank mates, but for the safety and health of your fish you should not test this in the fry stage as these personalities are few and far between.
