looks like it.

First thing you need to do is slowly raise the water temp to 32 deg c, do it over a few hours and keep it there for at least a week.
What other fish are in the tank?

Oh my goodness! That's ick all right, all of us go through it, (I haven't yet but one day It will happen) the last thing you want to do is treat meds, like the post above me said raise the water tempature to 85-86 degrees, and Feed the fish garlic, do daily 50% water changes along with daily substrate vacuuming.

A very good treatment is waterlife, protozin white spot and fungus, or waterlife cuprazin no need to raise the temperature and adding more stress to the fish. I have used both it works very fast,

Why add medication if there is no need?

Meds put ALOT more stress on a fish than slowly acclimating them to a higher tempature, Meds are not great for some types of fish, epscially cories (I learned that the hard way) sure they work faster but I'd only consider it "the last resort"
