Platy Lying On Bottom Of Tank

Hi Everyone,
I have a panda platy lying on bottom of tank. He will move if coaxed and will occasionally swim to the top and slowly retreat to the bottom. Water levels are all normal. 90 gallon tank. Did recent 40% water change and was advised to use medicine for 5 days (can't remember the name right now, a multi infection type.). Other 3 fish are fine. Temp is 80 degrees. any suggestions? Thanks.

What are the other three fish and how long have you had them?

Need to know tank mates.
Water stats please.
Can you try and get the name of the medication.
 
Does the platy look bloated or thin?
Does the platy lean to onside when resting?
Does the platy look pale or darker in colour?
Any signs of heavy breathing?
Does the platy have trouble getting off the surface of the tank, and bottom?
Does the platy turn upside down. Is the fish able to maintain balance in the water?
What do you feed your fish?
