planted aquarium cycling

hi everyone
I am trying to cycle my 75 gallon planted aquarium but having problems understanding my test results to determine were I am at. can anyone help

okay to start of we are going to need a bit of info namely

water parameters
what are your test readings
what exactly are you not understanding ect.

Also, how are you "cycling" exactly? I mean, are you adding some form of ammonia, and if so, what?
