Plant Id's And Some Help

could anyone help me identify these two stem plants ?

also some help if possible, i am not running co2 at the moment but i use Seachem Excel daily an every 2 days i use potassium and iron, and after every water change i use Tropica Specialised Fertiliser . when the first plant in the pictures gets above 75% tall the top part of the plant starts to tern a more yellow colour than a green, could this be the lights are too bright or a nutrient deficiency ?

The second plant is milfoil.

The first looks a little like moneywort but I can't be sure. Maybe look up Bacopa sp.

I agree the first looks like Bacopa.
The second is cabomba possibly mixed with some limnophila sessiliflora.
