Plant Fertilizer Root Tabs

Just wanted to see what type of aquatic plant tabs people usse

Tropica Plant Nutrition + .

Though the only plant I've had to use root tabs on is the lotus (due to lack of submerged leaves), all others are capable enough of uptaking nutrients though the leaves - just have to use decent liquid fertiliser.
