Pictus Catfish A Little Erratic

Hello, 
I just started my tank and one of the additions was a Pictus. It seems to be pretty erratic, including darting back and fourth in the current where the filter dumps back in to the tank. Just want to make sure everything is alright. My guess is just new environment stress induced but I thought I would ask for opinions or suggestions. Going to be ordering more rock/plant hiding options.
