Pearl Gourami Gender

Hi how to identify the gender of pearl gourami? I just bought 2 pearl gouramis randomly because the shop cant really identify wheter it is a male or female.

Usually the dorsal fin of the males are pointed while the females are more rounded.
 
"Mature males are much more colourful than females, developing a stunning orange or red colouration around the throat area. They also have extensions to the dorsal and anal fins. Females are blander and plumper." - Taken from HERE. It also has pictures which may help you.

I would just add that with this species, you should aim for one male and two or three females, assuming the tank has the space.  Males of all gourami are territorial, much like cichlids in fact, and they also drive the females when in the mood.
