Ornated Bichir Question

im thinking of getting a ornate bichir since i fell in love with them but i want to know is are compatible with my 12inch fire eel
and my 5inch black ghost knife..
i know they grow like 12inches my fire is that size right now and is like atleast 1 1/2 to 2inches fat..
what do you think or what kind of bichir will be ok not those white 1s though like a cool color or cool looking 1

Ornate get way bigger than 12inch , mines got nearly that in its first 8 months. I'd expect them to get to around 18inch on average but some get to the 2ft mark.
It all comes down to your tank size to if it will work.
