Odd Bumps On Goldfish

Help my goldfish has weird pussy bumps on sides. They look like pimples and are squishy and easy to I guess pop. The goldfish is in perfect health and is very active. He's about 4 inches with 7 tank mates who are also all healthy. I have them in a 160 gallon tank so I know it's not that... I don't know what to do any ideas?

Where exactly are these spots? Are they all over, or are they confined to the front of the fish (gills, head and pectoral fins)?

Have you tested the water, and if so can you post the results, including pH and hardness if you know them.

Well the bumps are on the sides... None have shone up on the head tails or fins...
Ammonia is at 0.05
Nitrite at 0
Nitrate at 17
Ph 6.7
And hardness I don't have anything to test that

Yes, I can see that; I know it's very difficult to get a decent picture of fish, well done!

IME most spots like this are bacterial in origin. I've had very good results with Myxazin, so I'd recommend that, if you can get it; if not any anti-bacterial medication. The eSHa range is very good.
