New to fish keeping & can't find what this fish is?

Hi I'm new to this and this fish keeps chasing some of the others and I can't seem to find what it's called, can anyone tell me?

Afraid your photobucket picture does not work for me.

May be worth trying again and leaving the picture on your photobucket.

Sometimes when you delete pics from photobucket that's uploaded on forums, so that means that action also deletes the pictures from the forums too at the same time.

To me it looks like a white skirt tetra- but I could be wrong

Glow tetra.

Glofish tetras are just genetically modified skirt/widow tetras. Still the same species. This one looks like normal one anyway, not the glo type.

Skirt/widow tetras are famously nippy, if not kept in large shoals.
