New Tank, Good Deal?

This might be a stupid question, but I worry about everything, and just need reassurance. How much would you pay for a used 45 gallon fish tank and wood stand? It comes with gravel, fake and live plants, a filter (needs new cartridge), lid with light, air bubbler, and heater. It also comes with some fish (Zebra Danios and Tetras). Only thing is you have to drain it out, take the decorations out, and get the fish out and carry it out yourself. I just want to make sure I got a good deal and didn’t pay too much.

It's kind of an open question because it depends on which country you live in and how rich you are. Assuming the stand and tank are in good condition and everything works, it is worth about half the retail price of new gear. Fish and plants don't normally get included in the price because you might not want those items.

I know in my town people are selling their used aquarium equipment like tanks and accessories for almost new retail prices. That's why I didn't buy used.
