Moving Cherry Shrimp Without Shock

How do I move my cherry shrimp without shocking them?

From a set up tank to a set up tank, which has just had a large water change?

I would imagine you do it exactly the same way you did when you first put them in your tank.

When I move stuff between my tanks I just use food bags. Always got loads and work a treat.

OK ive got food bags and ive got all my big shrimp in but i cant get my juveniles
