I have a 29 gal marine tank that has a hob 30 gal saltwater filter, and a 78 degree fixed temp heater. It is to be decorated with dragonstone, and possibly driftwood.
I want to have a tank filled with a decent quantity of smaller fish, and would like it to be reef safe If I ever decide to dive into corals. I've never had a saltwater tank before, so I need fairly easy care and peramiter-forgiving fish.
So far, I want a pair of wyoming white clownfish, 3+ fire gobys(ies?), and some skunk cleaner shrimp. I also want some type of substrate-cleaning snail (I have black gravel) (reccomendations?) and other colorful small fish.
Are these fish compatible? Is it too many? Can I add more? If so, what? I'm really interested in dwarf angelfish and pufferfish, but I don't know if there are any that are well suited for this tank size and stocking compatibility.
