Loss of colour

Hello i have a issue with a sterbai cory, it has lost the colour on the top of its head.

Ive checked the water and all is normal.

Can anyone tell me if this is a illnesa please

Hi there.

Could you post the actual numbers from your tests please, including pH and hardness, if you know them?

Also, what size is the tank, how long has it been set up and what fish do you have?

Tank has been set up for around 5 - 6 months. Ive had the fish for about 2 months i have another sterbai in there with no issues at all

Ph is 6.8
Ammonia 0
Slight Nitrate 10-25 mgl
Nitrite was 0
Water hardness was 14°
Carbon hardness 3°

It has neon tetra and guppies in the tank with them i was trying to grow them before putting them into my larger tank
