Hi Guys. Advice about a female guppy

Sorry if that sounds like a long time but TB is a very slow growing bacterium that can take months or even years before it eventually damages the fish's internal organs. However, The fact the female is eating again and starting to act more normally, would suggest a protozoan infection rather than TB.

If you want to risk it, you could add more fish if there are no more issues in the next 2 months.
 
Well more fish have been cos of the unexpected fry this morning. All the other five are eating now. The one that had the white poo isn’t and she not moving much.
 
All eating but the other is not and on her own. You can see by the pics.
