On Friday I tested my 40g tank that housed 4 zebra danios and one sunset molly. My tank had just completed a cycle so ammonia is at 0, nitrite at 0, and nitrate at 20. So went to pet store and bought 3 panda mollies (1 pregnant), 3 silver lyretail mollies (1 pregnant), and 1 plecco. The next day my panda had babies (saved 2). Then last night I noticed my silver molly becoming less active. Today she is just sitting on the bottom of the tank with her mouth open. I've read mixed things via Google from other people's post. I'm concerned if she is sick, or is she going into labor?

I would wait and see, gather more info. To me it sounds like she may be birthing, or having her babys.

Is this before you added the fish or after? If its before the fish went in test it now.

Thanks for the help but she passed away last night
