hello! i am new to the forum & new to keeping african cichlids!
i just recently set up a new 56gallon setup with a few currently in it.
i have been keeping fish for almost 4 years or so but have always kept smaller, community fish and aquatic plants.
this tank currently has a fluval 306 and a fluval 105 filter.
currently housing:
4x afra cobue
4x rusty cichlid

i was wondering what other species you think i should add to my tank!
ive attached a photo of my current set-up. what do you guys think?

also, any advice for sexing the afras? the guy at the LFS picked them out and im worried only 1, MAYBE 2 are female. any advice would be appreciated. thanks!

Hey..nice tank :) needs a few more cichlids i see. Check out my tank if you got the time ive mentioned the the fishes in the description

Both look like good tanks, the only issue is in the video you have what looks like a comunity tank, malawi’s, tropical, and a couple of firemouths. Could be trouble ahead !!!!
