Hey all new here!

I have read some other posts on here about ocasrs and green terrors and the general consensus I'm getting is a try it and see what happens.

Right now I have a 6" green terror in a 125 gallon tank with a 8" pleco and a 5" rainbow shark, the green terror pretty much leaves everyone alone, if the rainbow shark gets too close he will obviously chase him but really no aggression toward the others, I have a 6" tiger oscar in a 55 gallon that I'm wanting to put in the 125 gallon but really not to sure how these 2 will get along. The only reason I want to put him in the 125 is because I'm going to turn the 55 into a discus tank. I have heard horror stories and I have heard of them getting along just fine, any and all input helps......along with any input on discus.

I'd stand by the tank and be prepared to fish one of them out. It may be that they will tolerate each other, or maybe not. It would be worth moving any decor around so the GT doesn't feel the oscar is intruding into his territory.

i wouldn't try it
aggressive cichlid + aggressive cichlid = disaster
